Short Title:
An Act providing for substance abuse education and for additional duties of the Department of Health; establishing the Substance Abuse Education Board and providing for its powers and duties; establishing the Substance Abuse Education Fund; imposing a tax upon certain tobacco products and providing for collection and enforcement of the tax by the Department of Revenue; providing for the licensing of certain persons engaged in the tobacco business; and providing penalties.
