Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 1, 1988 (P. L. 82, No. 16), known as the "Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority Act," extending the act to include storm water projects; and providing for a referendum to incur indebtedness for such projects and the issuance of notes and bonds if authorized by the referendum.
