An Act authorizing the State Tax Equalization Board to provide financial assistance to counties for assessment reform; creating a revolving loan fund from a restricted account within the General Fund; providing for grants and loans for assessment improvement, including countywide reassessment; further providing for the powers and duties of the State Tax Equalization Board; and making an appropriation.
