An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P. L. 31, No. 21), known as the "Public Welfare Code," further providing for the regulation of family day-care providers, for inspections and for penalties; providing for certain expenditures; conferring powers and duties upon the Department of Public Welfare; and making repeals.
