Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 12, 1972 (P. L. 781, No. 185), known as the "Local Government Unit Debt Act," further defining "project"; including capital costs as project costs; further providing for small borrowing for capital purposes; providing for self-insurance; and further providing for the determination of the useful life of projects.
