An Act establishing the Pennsylvania Heritage Affairs Commission and prescribing its powers and duties; establishing the Cultural Heritage Board and prescribing its powers and duties; imposing duties on the local political subdivisions of this Commonwealth; authorizing the creation of local cultural heritage authorities; providing for cultural heritage project areas; and making an appropriation.
