Short Title:

An Act amending Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, codifying provisions of law relating to the creation, administration and powers and duties of the State Veterans' Commission, to the educational gratuity program for veterans' children and to the real property tax exemption for certain qualified veterans; providing for reestablishment of the State Veterans' Commission and the Pennsylvania Veterans' Memorial Commission; and making repeals.
