An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), entitled "Tax Reform Code of 1971," adding an exclusion from sales and use tax; further providing for special provisions for poverty; further providing for capital stock franchise tax; creating a Hazardous Sites Cleanup Fund; reducing the utilities gross receipts tax; and further providing for prepayment of capital stock tax.
