An Act amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for restoration of operating privilege and for insurance premium increases; providing a penalty for failure to display vehicle identification marker and for increased fines for moving violations committed in construction and maintenance areas; further providing for windshield obstruction and wipers; providing for the use of side stop signal arms on school buses, for the inspection of newly purchased vehicles and for an exception for maximum wheel weights; further providing for the maximum weight, size and load of vehicles on the Pennsylvania Turnpike; and increasing fines for fare evasions.
