An Act providing for the establishment of an assigned risk plan for workmen's compensation liability coverage; providing for the powers and duties of the Insurance Commissioner; providing for the termination of the State Workmen's Insurance Board and the State Workmen's Insurance Fund; transferring certain funds from the State Workmen's Insurance Fund to a special fund; providing for the distribution of the transferred funds; and making a repeal.
