L. 390, No. 111), known as the "Health Care Services Malpractice Act," further providing for disclosure by physicians; further providing for damages, liability and practice and procedure in medical malpractice actions; further providing for professional liability insurance; establishing the Joint Committee on Professional Liability and providing for its powers and duties; and making repeals.
