An Act making appropriations to the Auditor General and the State Treasurer for transition expenses of the Attorney General, the State Treasurer and the Auditor General; making an appropriation to the Department of Commerce from the General Fund for a music theater festival in southeastern Pennsylvania for the fiscal year July 1, 1988, to June 30, 1989; and making an appropriation to the Department of Community Affairs for support of local drug enforcement and control programs.
