Short Title:
An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, authorizing the limited detention of certain persons who appear before a district justice in an intoxicated condition; further providing for confidential communications to sexual assault counselors; and granting immunity to the owners, tenants or lessees of agricultural property from certain claims involving individuals picking their own agricultural products.
