L. 6, No. 2), known as the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," increasing the level of income for special property tax provisions; further providing for the mutual thrift institutions tax; for economic revitalization tax credits; requiring timely filing of certain returns; and further providing for the prepayment of certain taxes.
