Short Title:
An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, specifically providing for sexual offenses by psychotherapists; providing for defenses and evidence with respect to such offenses; requiring reporting of such offenses and providing immunities for such reports; providing for the automatic revocation of the license of a psychotherapist who is convicted of sex offenses; imposing penalties for failing to report such offenses; and specifically providing for sexual offenses by practitioners of the healing arts.
