L. 90, No. 24), entitled "Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act of 1973," further providing for licensing of commercial applicator firms, for licensing and certification of commercial applicators and public applicators, for registration and training of certain noncertified employees, for increased recordkeeping requirements, for additional enforcement authority and additional authority on product registration data review, and for increase of fees.
