L. 1700, No. 699), entitled "Pharmacy Act," reestablishing the State Board of Pharmacy; providing for its composition, powers and duties; changing provisions relating to the issuance of licenses and the revocation and suspension of licenses; providing for fees; providing for penalties; and making repeals.
