Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), known as the "Liquor Code," further providing special occasion permits; creating the Pennsylvania Grape Development and Promotion Committee and defining its powers and duties; imposing a special tax on wine sold by the Board and providing for the collection and payment of such tax; and imposing further duties upon the Department of Revenue and the Board.
