An Act amending the act of April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), known as the "Liquor Code," restricting the geographic area in which a distributor may sell malt and brewed beverages; further providing for numbers and types of containers of malt or brewed beverages; and eliminating certain restrictions on certain off-premises sales of malt or brewed beverages.
