Short Title:
An Act amending Title 72 (Taxation and Fiscal Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing that transfers to or for the use of persons who are mentally retarded, mentally ill or severely physically disabled are exempt from inheritance tax.
