Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as "The Administrative Code of 1929," authorizing the Department of General Services and other administrative departments to permit any private school or parochial school and nonprofit human service agency to participate in purchase contracts entered into by the Commonwealth.
