Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 2, 1915 (P. L. 736, No. 338), known as "The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act," further providing for contractors, compensation rates; further defining "occupational disease" and providing therefor; providing for certain payments into the Workmen's Compensation Security Fund; further providing for partial disability and specific loss; increasing compensation rates and providing for future annual increases; further providing for the running of periods of limitation for other procedural matters, for the rights of employees and for certain attorney fees; and making editorial changes.
