L. 90, No. 21), known as the "Liquor Code," further providing for the powers and duties of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, the Office of Attorney General; creating the Office of Administrative Law Judge; transferring enforcement powers to the Office of the Attorney General and defining its powers and duties; adding provisions relating to payment of State taxes; providing for special provisions for exchange of hotel liquor licenses; further providing for penalties; transferring personnel, equipment and appropriations; and making editorial changes.
