An Act amending the act of June 3, 1937 (P. L. 1333, No. 320), known as the "Pennsylvania Election Code," requiring a statement of purpose and explanation to be prepared, published and posted for any ballot question; further providing for the powers and duties of the county boards of elections and certain courts; providing for nominations by minor political parties; and eliminating cross-filing for Statewide judicial candidates.
