An Act amending the act of May 7, 1937 (P. L. 585, No. 150), entitled, as amended, "An act prohibiting the use of the designation of "college" by an institution not conforming to the standards of a college prescribed by the State Board of Education; and providing for injunctions, and penalties," providing for the use of the terms "business college," "college of commerce" and "commercial college."
