Short Title:
An Act amending the "Liquor Code," approved April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), further providing for unlawful acts concerning liquor, malt and brewed beverages and for hearings on licenses; providing for the waiver of certain late filing fees by the board; further providing for the surrender of club licenses; exempting collectors of miniature bottles from certain provisions of the act; and providing for the approval of secondary service areas.
