Short Title:
An Act amending "The Local Tax Enabling Act," approved December 31, 1965 (P. L. 1257, No. 511), repealing occupation taxes based on percentage, millage or flat rate basis; repealing per capita taxes; further providing for credits to and deductions from taxes owed to political subdivisions other than the political subdivision of residence; and making editorial changes and repeals.
