Short Title:
An Act amending "The Liquid Fuels Tax Act," approved May 21, 1931 (P. L. 149, No. 105), changing the formula for distribution of part of the tax to the counties; and authorizing and directing the Secretary of Revenue to promulgate rules and regulations to ascertain the amount of tax payable.
