L. 723, No. 230), entitled, as amended, "Second Class County Code," providing for a hotel room rental tax in counties of the second class A, providing for the manufacture and sale of electricity by counties of the second class, further providing for improvements in public parks, authorizing the establishment and maintenance of horse show rings in public parks, and making an editorial change.
