An Act amending the "Unemployment Compensation Law," approved December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp. Sess., 1937 P. L. 2897, No. 1), further providing for the rate of contribution, further providing for the definition of "Wages," for the calculation of maximum benefits and establishing the Unemployment Compensation Program Review Committee and providing for its powers and duties.
