Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 7, 1963 (P. L. 549, No. 290), referred to as the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency Act, authorizing the agency to issue bonds and other notes of indebtedness for the purpose of making loans to graduate and undergraduate students and parents and to enable lenders and postsecondary institutions to make such loans available to students and parents; further providing for assistance grants and clarifying student loan repayment requirements of State employes.
