L. 1333, No. 320), entitled "Pennsylvania Election Code," further providing for the definition of "candidate," providing for a "no preference" vote, providing for membership of county boards of election and providing for voting machines at primary elections in cities of the first class, further providing for campaign finances and providing for certain refunds.
