An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), providing for exclusion from tax for the sale at retail of supplies and materials to tourist promotion agencies, and revising the definition of "taxable income" for purposes of the corporate net income tax and limiting the Utilities Gross Receipts Tax.
