An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Election Code," approved June 3, 1937 (P. L. 1333, No. 320), prohibiting any elected or appointed officer of any political party or political body from holding any form of employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any of its political subdivisions.
