An Act requiring the submission of a reorganization plan for any authority created pursuant to the act of August 14, 1963 (P. L. 984, No. 450), entitled "An act to increase the commerce and prosperity of the people of the Commonwealth, ***," imposing a sanction for the failure to submit the reorganization plan and requiring the board any such authority to appoint certain new officers.
