Short Title:
An Act amending the "Public School Code of 1949," approved March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), authorizing school districts to offer rewards for information leading to the conviction of persons violating the Crimes Code on school property; authorizing the provision of instruction by telecommunications system equipment for homebound children; further providing for the definition of "minimum subsidy" and for payments on account of instruction of certain special education and homebound children.
