An Act amending the "Housing Authorities Law," approved May 28, 1937 (P. L. 955, No. 265), defining terms, authorizing the lending of money for low-income housing, providing funds for low-income housing, authorizing the issuance of bonds, providing for the securing of such bonds, providing a tax exemption for bonds, authorizing the signing of bonds by facsimile signatures, authorizing political subdivisions and other agencies of the Commonwealth to transfer funds to any authority without consideration and saving an act from repeal.
