An Act amending the "Public School Code of 1949," approved March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), permitting children who are inmates of a children's institution, but not residents of the district in which the facility is located, to attend the schools of the district only at the discretion of the school board, and requiring the county of residence to ensure the provision of education to institutionalized, non-resident children not admitted to the public schools of said district.
