An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled "The Administrative Code of 1929," providing for the establishment and operation of the Office of the Budget as an administrative agency within the Governor's Office; imposing powers and duties on the Office of the Budget relating to budgetary matters applicable to all branches of State Government, transferring the Bureau of Financial Management to the Office of the Budget and providing for campus police for community colleges.
