Short Title:
An Act reenacting and amending the act of July 9, 1971 (P. L. 206, No. 34), entitled "An act authorizing local taxing authorities to provide for tax exemption for certain improvements to deteriorated dwellings; providing for an exemption schedule and other limitations," extending the act to authorize certain exemptions for improvements to deteriorating areas by the construction of new dwelling units.
