Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 1, 1933 (P. L. 1409, No. 296), entitled, as amended, "An act authorizing the creation of State mining commissions; ***," eliminating State mining commissions and transferring their powers and duties to the Department of Environmental Resources; clarifying appeal procedures and eminent domain procedures; and further providing for the cost of restoring subsidence or replacing damaged structures.
