Short Title:
An Act amending the act of April 14, 1949 (P. L. 482, No. 98), entitled, as amended, "An act authorizing and requiring cities,*** and public utility companies engaged in the supplying of water, to shut off the supply of water for nonpayment of sewer ***" restricting the shutting off of water under certain circumstances.
