An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Election Code," approved June 3, 1937 (P. L. 1333, No. 320), adding additional provisions relating to candidates' affidavits, revising the number of signatures required on nomination petitions, eliminating filing fees, and imposing certain duties on the Secretary of the Commonwealth and county boards of elections in connection therewith.
