An Act amending the act of May 31, 1978 (No. 16A), entitled "An act to provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth, the public debt and for the public schools for the fiscal period July 1, 1978 to June 30, 1979, and for the payment of bills incurred and remaining unpaid at the close of the fiscal period ending June 30, 1978," increasing the appropriation for public school special education and providing for certain expenses of the Parent Assistance Authority in the Department of Public Welfare for county administration and adding appropriations to the Department of the Auditor General, the Pennsylvania State Police and the Department of Transportation.
