An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), exempting persons sixty-five years of age and over from the personal income tax on interest received from financial institutions or on income derived from dividends, rents, royalties, patents, copyrights, estates and trusts.
