Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 30, 1975 (P. L. 102, No. 53), entitled "An act authorizing the Department of Property and Supplies, with the approval of the Governor and the Historical and Museum Commission, to transfer Valley Forge State Park to the United States of America," further providing for retention by the Commonwealth of concurrent jurisdiction with the United States in and over the aforesaid lands.
