House Bill 2053
Short Title:
An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Election Code," approved June 3, 1937, (P. L. 1333, No. 320), providing that the compensation of election officials provided for in section 2 of the act of December 2, 1976 (P. L. 1221, No. 269), be paid immediately to all persons who were officers as of January 1, 1977 and further providing that henceforth such election officials shall be paid within two weeks after the election.
