An Act amending the "Liquor Code," approved April 12, 1951 (P. L. 90, No. 21), granting the board authority to hold certain licenses in an inactive status for a limited time period and providing for the board to direct new applicants for licenses to seek transfers of licenses held in an inactive status before the board will issue any new licenses.
