Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 13, 1967 (P. L. 31, No. 21), entitled "Public Welfare Code," increasing the maximum annual State grants to county institution districts or their successors for cost of child welfare programs; further providing for the payment of the costs and expenses for the care of the child; making certain repeals; and placing a duty upon the Auditor General to ascertain and certify certain costs.
