Short Title:
An Act amending the "Housing Finance Agency Law," approved December 3, 1959 (P. L. 1688, No. 621), extending the act to include a mortgage finance program; empowering the agency to make low interest loans to eligible lenders with which to make mortgage loans for the purchase or rehabilitation of low and moderate income housing; and providing for the powers and duties of the agency in connection therewith.
